Also, please wear long pants and close toed shoes as we will be working in a warehouse.
They also ask that each volunteer bring an item of canned or non-perishable food to donate. A list of most needed food items is available upon request. |

We're Passing the Gavel to Streamwood! Come see what 'disguise' the gavel has been subjected to *this* time! :)
We hid the gavel in a Jack-O-Lantern leaf bag that we filled with leaves. There were also dummy gavel pieces to throw off the searcher! :) |

This organization collects new and gently worn shoes to be shipped to adults and children all over the world, who do not have shoes and have had a natural diaster, such as the Tsunami. We will be cleaning shoes, sorting and boxing shoes.

Reading in the Enchanted Forest, which is on the left wall as you walk into the Children's Area. Pick up the books at the reference desk in the middle of the area.
Try to get there 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have enough time to get the books and get situated. Thanks! |
