SCARCE (School and Community Assistance for Recycling & Composting Education) is dedicated to educating people to conserve natural resources and energy, prevent pollution, reduce waste, recycle, and compost organic materials. Through that endeavor, they have established the Book Rescue Center and the Tools For Schools programs to rescue books and other educationally-related materials and provide them to those in need. |

Books, LP Records, Holiday Lights, Inkjet Cartridges (No toner cartridges), Household and Car Keys, Brita products, musical instruments, and bread tags.
