Come read with us at the Schaumburg Library. We'd like 2 volunteers for this project.
Reading in the Enchanted Forest, which is on the left wall as you walk into the Children's Area. Pick up the books at the reference desk in the middle of the area.
Try to get there 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have enough time to get the books and get situated. Thanks! |

Project Highlights: There were only 2 kids, but we had fun because this time we had some music to use, so we were dancing with them—a 15 mos. old and a 3 year-old. Again, the parents were thanking us!
We finally met the contact person Leslie e-mails from the library about setting this up. This person, Melissa, thinks the program is really working and even gave us a copy of an e-mail that was sent to the library last week, saying they really enjoyed the storytime by the Kiwanis club! AWESOME!
