Join us and other fellow Kiwanis Clubs for the GoBabyGo Project! We will be building custom motorized vehicles for kids with Spina Bifida |

Join the River Forest Oak Park Kiwanis Club for their signature GoBabyGo Project! For this project the River Forest Oak Park Kiwanis Club partners with the Illinois Spina Bifida Association and NuMotion, a mobilized wheelchair company.
Join us and other Kiwanis Clubs to help build motorized cars fitted for kids with spina bifida. The kids will come in person for their final fitting in the car and for a test drive! Help is needed for assembling the car, registration, lunch set up, and making trips to the store for needed parts.
You can sign up for an AM or PM shift or attend the whole time! Tentative breakdown of the agenda below:
8:30am - 9:00am: Arrive
9:00am - 10:30am: Assembling 6 cars
10:30am - 11:30am: Children arrive to be fitted to the car and take their first lap in the car
11:30am - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00PM- TBD: The remaining 3 cars are already assembled. Help is needed to assist the NuMotion technicians as they complete the adaptions. Children will arrive to be fitted for their car and take a test lap! |

Support the Des Plaines Kiwanis Club with their signature event, the Kiwanis Cup race for grades K-8 in District 62 Des Plaines. Help out with registration, handing out t-shirts, course marshals, start/finish line assistant for racers and ribbon, and crowd control. |
