| Event Description | This is a food bank near Midway. Their motto is "Providing food for Hungry People" http://www.chicagosfoodbank.org/ Please try to arrive 10 minutes early. If you are 20 minutes late, they might not let you in. Sorry! Also, please wear long pants and close toed shoes as we will be working in a warehouse. They also ask that each volunteer bring an item of canned or non-perishable food to donate. A list of most needed food items is available upon request. |
