| Additional Description | We will be helping the athletes to their events. Please arrive between 7:30AM and 8:00AM. The last event is 1:15PM. If you could stay to help clean up that would be greatly appreciated. Lunch (turkey sandwich, chips, fruit, and cookies) will be provided as well. Look for Clearbrook - Commons tent when you get there. The most important thing is if you do ask someone stress the Clearbrook but also Commons because there will be other sites for Clearbrook. |
