| Additional Description | Lunch will be served at 1 pm, Charlie's cooking the meat!!! When you sign up, please indicate if you need a vegetarian option for the main course (the meat will be burgers, chicken, hot dogs, and brats) and this will be provided by the social committee along with the pop/water, but if you want any other beverages, you are welcome to bring them. Also indicate what game(s) and what food you're bringing based on the list below. We ask that people bring a dish to pass (or if you've got a significant other in the club or that you're bringing, you only have to bring one dish) based off of the list below. If your last name starts with: A-G please bring appetizers H-P please bring desserts Q-Z please bring side dishes Any questions, contact Stacey Meat used: 8 burgers, 8 chicken (7 baja, 1 plain), 7 hot dogs, 6 brats. Fruit: Pineapple was most popular, not much else needed. Suggestions: Assign categories and numbers for people to choose (we need 2 side dishes, chips, potato salad, 2 desserts, etc). We had a lot of overlap and a lot of people signed up for cake, then switched when other people put they were bringing cake. Also, don't have everyone bring food -- it's too much! |
