| Event Description | We will be joining the I-I Circle K and the I-I Circle K Alumni Association for a fun-filled social in the summer. Come one, come all! |
| Additional Description | We will be mulching a playground so be prepared to get dirty. Please sign-up by July 7st. If you'd like to bring arts or crafts supplies, they will be donated to Horan Park, another park in need. http://www.ekiwanis.org/files/SummerSocial2005.doc For the future, here is what was bought and what was eaten -- there were about 35 people there and we spent $175 dollars: Burgers: 33 eaten / 48 bought Boca Burgers: 5/8 Hot Dogs: 12/28 1/2 Chicken breasts: 7/10 plain, 9/20 Baja Burger Buns: 45/72 Hot Dog Buns: 7/24 Cheese Slices: 48/48 -- could have used more Ketchup, Mustard, Relish -- all used a little, mostly ketchup Onions -- sliced and diced, sliced more popular Potato Salad: 3 pounds eaten -- could have used more Coleslaw: 1/3 pounds Macaroni Salad: 1/3 pounds Potato Chips: 3/4 a large bag BBQ chips: 3/4 a large bag Sam's Cookies: 17/24 Brownies w/ Pecans: 15/36 Grapes: 2 pounds, almost all eaten, green more popular Pineapple: 2 pineapples diced -- all gone very quickly A LOT of water and lemonade -- 2 5gal coolers worked really well Also bought plates, forks, napkins, BBQ tools, fire extinguisher, garbage bags |
