| Event Description | Families staying at Ronald McDonald Houses are often far from the comforts of home, including freshly prepared meals. Through Meals from the Heart, generous volunteers prepare meals that allow families to dine and unwind without the stress of cooking or the expense of dining out. |
| Additional Description | Cook and serve brunch to families staying at the Ronald McDonald House near Central DuPage Hospital. All volunteers must register at this link at least 1 week before our date. http://vhub.at/KiwanisofGreaterChicago You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate and must bring proof. Volunteers must wear facemasks, gloves and hairnets/hair ties. Participants must bring masks and hair ties, and RMHC-CNI will provide gloves and hairnets. Maximum of 6 volunteers in our group. |
