Potential shifts below. We need 1 eK person present the entire time, we can split the time however we want. 2 people are required per shift, but 1 person has to be from Streamwood since they have the license.

We would sell chips when people come in and cash them out when they leave. Rockford Charity does all the other work.
Streamwood will split the proceeds with us, minus 20%. |

Description |
We are partnering with Carol Stream Police Department during Safety Saturday, a state-wide car seat check event!
About the event: Child passenger safety technicians will be at car seat check locations checking that children are in the correct car seats and that they are installed correctly. All families are welcomed to come out to the event.
eKiwanis will be donating car seats for the Carol Stream Police Department's Safety Saturday. The car seats will be given to kids who are in need of replacement car seats. Safety technicians will be installing the car seats at the event
We will be at the event passing out snack baggies for the kids. The snack bags will be branded with eKiwanis and will include a flyer about eK for the parents. |

Please join us for our annual end of year celebration and banquet!
The cost will be $33 per person. Please make payment on the day of the event via cash, check (made out to eKiwanis), credit card swipe (sorry, no chip or tap), or QR code for PayPal or Venmo. There will be a small fee added for credit card, PayPal, and Venmo.
We will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda will include a brief address, annual awards, dinner, installation and retirement of officers, installation of a new member, and the drawing for our Annual Admin raffle.
We'll have a buffet menu with Caesar salad, pasta primavera (veg option), grilled chicken breast, beef tenderloin medallions, season grilled veggies, and a starch. Bread and butter, soft drinks, coffee, tea (hot and sweet/iced), and desserts (cookies, brownies, cheesecake bites) are also included.
We will also be voting on a change to the Bylaws. Please vote using this link if you will not be in attendance.
