Public Action to Deliver Shelter, Inc.
PADS is an organization committed to ending and preventing homelessness in DuPage County. We will prepare and serve a lunch meal for 35-65 people. To prep and cook an entire meal, we can use anywhere from 8-10 volunteers.

Description |
Come one, come all to our upcoming Wine Tasting Social with Membership in Mind. Come out and taste some wine with your special someone, or with a big group of single friends. Just because we are in February does not make this a Valentine's event. Get some ideas of what type of wine you like by sampling what others bring and bring your favorite for others to enjoy. Membership committee will provide some munchies and a low pressure information talk (10 minutes or less) to inform guest of what great work our club does.
Sign up with what wine you are bringing and let's try and have a good variety even as we all love Rieslings. Sign up with names or numbers of people you will bring so we can have an idea of a head count. |

Reading in the Enchanted Forest, which is on the left wall as you walk into the Children's Area. Pick up the books at the reference desk in the middle of the area.
Try to get there 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have enough time to get the books and get situated. Thanks! |
