Note: The orders will be shipped directly to your house, they won't have to all go through Charlie. You'll still be responsible for distributing to your buyers, though.
If you are unable to make the In-Person Meeting to turn in your order form, please get your order to Charlie (email is fine) before then.
The candy should arrive by the week of December 2nd.
We are sales tax exempt, so you shouldn't charge your buyers for any.

Description |
We will write holiday cards for those in the military who may not be able to come home for the holidays or who are in a military hospitals. This project is sponsored by the American Red Cross. Some of the guidelines for the project are:
• Every card received will be screened for hazardous materials and then reviewed by Red Cross volunteers working around the country.
Please observe the following guidelines to ensure a quick reviewing process:
• Ensure that all cards are signed.
• Use generic salutations such as “Dear Service Member.” Cards addressed to specific individuals can not be delivered through this program.
• Only cards are being accepted. Do not send or include letters.
• Do not include email or home addresses on the cards: the program is not meant to foster pen pal relationships.
• Do not include inserts of any kind, including photos: these items will be removed during the reviewing process.
• Please refrain from choosing cards with glitter or using loose glitter as it can aggravate health issues of ill and injured warriors.
• If you are mailing a large quantity of cards, please bundle them and place them in large mailing envelopes or flat rate postal shipping boxes. Each card does not need its own envelope, as envelopes will be removed from all cards before distribution.
All holiday greetings should be addressed and sent to:

Holiday cards received after this date cannot be guaranteed delivery.

Description |
Come meet up with club members and friends for a Trivia Night. This is a very informal event to bring friends and prospective members together to have fun and do a little conversation about Kiwanis. This is more of a social type activity, but once people get to know us, they will want to join us. |

Come one, come all to our first Membership/Social event. We will be doing team trivia and need lots of help. Come out and try to bring a few friends, have some fun, and a beverage or two. No hassle membership talk to take place, just to let our guests know what we do to help the children of the world. Club will cover some appetizers, with drinks on your own.
Please arrive by 7:30PM, trivia will start at 8PM. |
