 Bought/Used Summary

Attendance was okay, until a max exodus at 10:30. Almost all Kiwanians. The Circle K'ers did come at the end of the night (midnight). We just left the food and took off.

Water: 2 flats of 24 ea bought / 1 used
Pop: 1 12 pack ea of Coke, Diet, Sprite, Barq's / Diet most popular, but not much consumed -- go to 6 packs?
Chips: 1 Dorito's, 1 Sun Chips / very little eaten
Veggies: 1 bag of broccoli/cauliflower/carrots medley cut up (good!), 1 cucumber, 1 veggie dip / not finished, but decently eaten
Meat: 2 sticks summer sausage / 1.25 eaten
 Cheese: 2 bars cheddar / 1.75 eaten
Crackers: 1 box wheat thins, 1 box Triscuit / not much eaten, could go to 1 box
Cookies: 2 boxes, 24 ea, choc chip and oatmeal raisin / picked at, but one box probably okay
Candy: 2 large bags M&Ms, regular and peanut / Not much eaten, at least half a bag of ea left

Thoughts: Could cut down even further on food. Is the suite really worth it? What's the goal? Is it a justifiable Foundation expense?
